Took an 1hr 20mins to deliver, our order had the wrong burger in it. Called to get the correct one but after 45 minutes waiting it still hadn’t turned up. Tiny spots of mold also on the chicken burger bun. Food now cold as we’re told they would get replacement to us asap. Royas usual our favourite takeout in town but the last few orders have been wrong or not nice. I was told on the phone we will get a full refund, so let’s see how quick this will take to process.

The food arrived early, and the delivery driver was polite and courteous. The quality of the food was better than anything that we have had in Kendal, and believe me, I am a kebab connoisseur! I would definitely recommend this takeaway not just for the food, but for the staff attitude and professionalism. We will definitely be ordering from here the next time we are staying at Solway Holiday Village. 10/10, no argument!

Gave them a chance as Marios website was down. Awful service. Took over 2 hours between order and delivery, which is too long for the awful food quality. The best tasting item was the garlic mayo - for an order of almost £50 it was not worth the time or the money. Will not be ordering again. Bring back Marios!!!
